Key Responsibilities:

  • Support license renewal implementation, including procedure changes and preventive maintenance development.
  • Roadmap required inspections to comply with NRC regulations and aging management program requirements.
  • Use work management systems to identify and capture license renewal opportunities in outage scopes.

Work Management & Coordination:

  • Screen and analyze large work order lists to identify high-value inspection opportunities.
  • Coordinate with schedulers and field organizations to embed aging management needs into work sequences.
  • Develop and maintain engineering program basis documentation and perform data validation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Interact with clients and the NRC in a technical expert role to explain strategies and results.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to refine scopes and documentation expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
