Staff Product Designer - Design System

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make an impact in the global employment space as a Staff Product Designer, Design System joining our Product Design team. As Staff Product Designer, Design System you’ll lead a newly-formed, cross-functional squad dedicated to evolving, implementing and scaling our design system, Norma. You will be responsible for developing the tools, components, documentation, materials and ways of working that enable designers and engineers to create our world-class experiences - and will be required to advocate and collaborate with product designers, engineers, product managers and stakeholders worldwide to help drive adoption our design system.
