Provide technical and functional support to users. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in Java and microservices environments. Understand the functionality of tools and applications to offer precise and effective solutions. Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Document procedures, incidents, and solutions to ensure traceability.
Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality. The position requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or development in Java environments.
