Position Summary:
- Part-time student worker (~15-20 hrs/week) in Biomedical Engineering.
- Develop algorithms for transcriptomics and genomic sequencing data.
Responsibilities:
- Create and test algorithms for mutation effect studies.
- Handle protein bioconjugation, purification, and data collection.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program (min 6 credits).
- Biology or related science major; wet lab experience preferred.
- Skilled in bioconjugation, protein purification, fluorescence microscopy.
