Role Impact:

• Drive meaningful, company-wide impact by evaluating the end-to-end property claims process to improve cycle time, accuracy, and financial performance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Claims Operations, Analytics, and Leadership to address root causes and align teams around consistent process standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in how property claims decisions are made and supported by data, ensuring key indicators are accurately captured across systems.
• Identify breakdowns in claim workflow and documentation, and improve both inputs and outputs across the claims process through enhanced data collection and insights delivery.

Qualifications and Collaboration:

• Prior experience as a property claims adjuster at a major carrier with deep understanding of P&C claims processes is required.
• Proven ability to assess complex workflows, own ambiguous initiatives, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert, guiding best practices and influencing roadmap decisions with clear business impact articulation.
