Accounting Adjunct Instructor

Essential Duties:

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams, planning and organizing instruction for maximum student engagement.
• Modify instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learner needs and maintain current subject matter expertise.
• Ensure accurate student records and compliance with accreditation and college policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least three years of field experience or two years of teaching experience; online teaching experience preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Office, Canvas, and video conferencing tools; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position with required residence in California, New Mexico, Florida, or Massachusetts.
• Classes scheduled twice a week (Monday and Tuesday) from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm PST; variable hour, part-time role.
• Home office environment requiring a secure internet connection and adherence to data security policies.
