Role Overview:
- Teach 8-week online finance courses through the learning management system, ensuring alignment with University and accreditation standards.
- Engage with students, provide substantive feedback, and assist in retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Ph.D. in Finance or DBA with 18+ credit hours of finance coursework.
- Minimum 2 years of online higher education teaching experience and 5+ years industry experience.
- CFP or CFA certification strongly preferred; proficiency in online teaching tools essential.
Compensation & Terms:
- Hourly pay range $32-$37 based on teaching load and degree type, plus retirement contribution.
- Part-time/temporary position; appointments are term-to-term based on enrollment.
- Background checks and official transcripts required; includes a 3-week unpaid training course.
