Job Description

As an employee in our Customer Service, you have an important role as you are the point of contact for our customers and partners, whether by phone or in writing. You will always assist them with a keen sense of their wishes and needs, making a significant contribution to compliance with our service promise. Your responsibilities also include ensuring a smooth ordering and shipping process so that every customer receives their products as quickly as possible. If there are complaints, you will always find a quick and customer-oriented solution. You also work closely with our internal teams to identify errors, analyze causes, and implement continuous optimization processes in customer service, so you can actively contribute to improving our customer service.
