Senior Product Manager, Clinical Platform

Responsibilities:

• Own the Clinical Platform products for telehealth visits, provider workflows, care coordination, and clinical outcomes across all business lines.
• Navigate clinical operations, regulatory constraints, multiple vendor systems, and health plan requirements to ship products that improve real health outcomes.
• Balance platform scale with clinical quality to ensure patients receive better care, not just better software.

Experience:

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical products.
• Direct experience with telehealth, care coordination, EHR systems, or clinical workflows alongside a track record of shipping products that improved clinical or operational outcomes.
• Experience partnering with clinical stakeholders such as physicians and nurses, with comfort in technical systems including APIs, integrations, and healthcare data standards.
