• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in a manageable caseload of up to 10 clients
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
