What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Manage manageable caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality
What You'll Need:
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
