Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives; supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans; and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
This part-time Speech Pathologist role (22.8 hours per week) involves providing assessment and intervention to clients with physical, cognitive, behavioural and emotional issues, primarily from acquired brain injuries. The case-mix is diverse, requiring close collaboration with other disciplines. You will have the ability to work remotely, with flexible start and finish locations.On-site attendance is required once per week/fortnight.
Provides telephonic and in-home assessments of members' medical, psychosocial, physical and spiritual needs. Develops, implements and monitors care plan, ensures continuity of care and monitors member's chronic care benefit.
