Senior Product Designer, InVivo (Contract)

Benchling InVivo enables scientists to conduct pre-clinical experiments with the mission of developing life-saving treatments and therapies. We are looking for a full-time contract UX Designer to create easy-to-use experiences for Enterprise users. You will work closely with customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions to help our customers. An ideal person for this team will be able to balance customer needs and priorities with scalable, consistent, delightful user experiences in an agile environment. Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product strategy, scope, and prioritization in a startup-like environment. Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly to validate product directions. Own the design for high-impact initiatives from research through implementation. Effectively communicate in a hybrid environment that balances in-person collaboration and remote work.
