Product Development:
- Own the development lifecycle for STORQ baby/toddler apparel and accessories.
- Partner with Design and Merchandising to evaluate materials, trims, and construction options.
- Oversee lab dips, strike-offs, artwork approvals, and material testing.
Production Management:
- Manage bulk PO execution, ensuring accurate BOMs, approved materials, and on-time production starts.
- Review and negotiate bulk costing, leveraging historical data, vendor capabilities, and margin targets.
- Ensure all testing, compliance documentation (CPSIA and FTC), and quality checkpoints are completed.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Build strong, accountable relationships with global vendors, mills, and trim suppliers.
- Communicate clearly and consistently across internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment.
