Project Management
Contract Manufacturing Ownership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract manufacturers.
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding activities.
- Define and manage manufacturing responsibilities with partners.
Production Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate production plans with contract manufacturers.
- Monitor build progress, material readiness, and capacity.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
Quality & Compliance Management:
- Ensure external manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
- Support development and enforcement of quality agreements.
- Partner with Quality and Engineering on nonconformance investigations.
