About the Role:
- Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this leader builds and leads the Clinical Operations function.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of global clinical trials for MiraVi's AMD programs.
What You Will Do:
- Set clinical operations strategy and scale the team, CRO/vendor network, and processes.
- Drive study execution from startup through database lock, including site selection and enrollment.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of clinical operations experience with senior leadership in biotech or pharma.
- Deep expertise in CRO oversight, regulatory compliance, and late-stage global trials.
