BESS Field Manager, New England

Plus Power is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BESS Field Manager in New England to join the Asset Operations Team. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Field Manager will oversee operations and maintenance activities for one to three sites, acting as the responsible party for all on-site activities. The role requires a deep understanding of site operations, the ability to prioritize issues based on safety and performance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, managing maintenance activities, identifying critical issues, and providing technical support to on-site technicians and vendors. The role requires up to 60% travel for in-field work and site supervision.
