Job Description
In this role, you will architect, build, and optimize core components of our LLM-driven coaching engine. You will collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure to deliver delightful, resilient user experiences. You will own end-to-end systems: from model integration to frontend delivery, evaluation, and observability and design for scale, security, and performance across enterprise environments. Influence and evolve our engineering culture, roadmap, and technical bar. Debug across the stack—from model behavior to data infra to UI.
