What You'll Work On:
- Build initial detection and segmentation models from existing drone and beach imagery datasets.
- Travel to field sites for at least one deployment, working directly alongside cleanup partners.
- Help decide where to build custom architectures versus adapt existing ones for small-object detection.
Commitment & Compensation:
- This role can start at 20 hours per week or move to full-time immediately.
- At our pre-seed stage, this is an equity-based role with intention to transition to salary + equity after next funding round.
