Contract Talent Partner

You will be crucial in helping Devoted Health scale by managing the full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. In this role, you will own the entire recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, which may include member services, sales, and clinical positions. You will creatively find and engage with talent, demonstrating tenacity to discover the perfect candidate for each role. Acting as a marketer, you will tell Devoted's compelling story to the world, attracting people who are drawn to our mission and culture. You will build strong relationships with hiring leaders, serving as a technical expert and advisor on best practices for writing job descriptions, interviewing, and using assessment tools.
