Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Nav SDK team in advancing the maps and navigation ecosystem at Mapbox. In this role, you will mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and innovation. Promote collaboration and build an inclusive environment where data-driven decisions fuel success. Align your team’s work with company and product goals, ensuring strategic cohesion. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap for our Maps SDKs.
You will also play a key role in envisioning and evolving our rendering engines, contributing to business and product planning.
