Payroll Compliance Test Engineer

The Payroll Compliance Test Engineer is responsible for quality testing the required development based on specifications before the release to customers. The Test Engineer will communicate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand payroll compliance requirements. This role ensures that once technical specifications are applied by the Development team these specifications are rigorously tested to ensure accuracy. High attention to detail during testing will be required to ensure the production of a quality software that meets our clients' standards. Responsibilities include designing and running test scenarios, ensuring testing plans stay current, adhering to business processes, maintaining accuracy, communicating with stakeholders, and updating the Product User Guide.
