Lead AI Engineer

You will lead the charge in creating our product's next evolution, exploring cutting-edge techniques to shipping our first-ever intelligent features. Responsibilities include defining the AI roadmap, selecting tools, and setting the technical foundation for the future AI/ML team. The primary challenge is to turn the blank slate of our AI strategy into a clear, strategic roadmap and build our AI capability from scratch. This involves setting the standards, choosing the architecture, and establishing the patterns that will power our intelligent features for years to come. You will reduce drudgery and create unique, innovative experiences that enrich our customers' lives. You will design and deploy our first set of AI-powered features, architect and implement robust LLM orchestration systems, and establish best practices for the full AI/ML lifecycle.
