Lead Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead our Platform Engineering team. As the team leader, you will direct the planning, design, development, and implementation of our platform architecture, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing product portfolio. You will guide a talented team of engineers, driving best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You’ll be leading the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure platform solutions. Managing and mentoring a team of platform engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions. Ensuring continuous improvement of the platform through effective use of DevOps and Agile methodologies. Overseeing the implementation of security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Optimising performance and scalability of the platform to support business growth. Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing robust solutions. Developing and maintaining metrics and KPIs to evaluate platform performance and reliability.
