Job Description

As a member of the Programme Management team, this role supports the compliance activities that ensure products and sites are certified within the INFORMED Programmes. Youโ€™ll play a key role in the post-certification process and help manage the day-to-day operations of our programmes. This includes working closely with manufacturing sites, liaising with global teams, and ensuring that all activities are in line with our mission to promote clean sport and safer dietary supplements. Candidates should live within a commutable distance of Fordham (CB7) for on-site meetings when required. Key responsibilities include verifying programme documentation and sample testing, collaborating with sites and LGC teams, managing blind sampling, supporting post-certification surveillance and non-compliance resolution, reviewing Manufacturing Assessment Questionnaires (MAQs) and raw material lists, contributing to report preparation and site audits, maintaining traceability in the CRM system, and responding to technical and compliance queries.
