Operations Escrow Officer

The Operations Escrow Officer will be responsible for executing Refinance closings with timeliness, expertise, and precision. Responsibilities include communicating with borrower and lender customers, identifying curative issues, preparing closing packages, reviewing lender documents, and completing closings in a timely manner. Also, preparing files for final policy generation, recording, and settlement statement, ensuring all invoices are obtained and funds collected prior to close, and verifying the accuracy of signed loan documents. This role requires 5+ years of title & escrow experience, proven customer service experience, and the ability to understand advanced title and curative items.
