Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution of CRM PME strategy using data, customer lifecycle, and campaign performance.
  • Act as a bridge between CRM and Data Science to interpret NBO/NBA models for actionable campaigns.
  • Lead analytical initiatives, build dashboards, and conduct A/B testing to measure impact.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in data analysis, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Advanced SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and predictive models.
