Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is a foundational hire as Plooto evolves from a centralized finance engine to a more distributed, insight-led FP&A model. As the operational footprint expands, this role will help shape how finance partners with the broader organization. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing performance drivers, surfacing actionable insights, and ensuring they’re reflected in budgets, forecasts, and month-end reporting. The role requires digging into the “why” behind financial trends, pressure-testing assumptions, and partnering with stakeholders to close the loop between insights and planning. The insights generated will directly shape decisions across pricing, GTM focus, cost strategy, and OPEX planning. The Analyst will also lead the expansion of our process automations leveraging Vena, our FP&A tool, to modernize workflows, reduce manual overhead, and build scalable planning infrastructure.
