Job Description
PDG’s Engagement Manager leads each client project beginning during the sales process and throughout the life of each engagement. The Engagement Manager’s goal is to maximize client satisfaction through superior project management and ensure that client needs are exceeded.
Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of a client engagement, partnering with the sales team early in the sales process, fostering client relationships to confirm and achieve desired service levels, and monitoring client satisfaction. Managing resources involves coordinating client-specific onboarding, coaching, and ensuring quality. Planning for and managing the work includes creating project plans, monitoring risk, and seeking continuous improvement. Managing budgets involves tracking contracts and preparing forecasts. Leveraging best practices ensures PDG’s processes drive quality, while driving growth strengthens client relationships and identifies new business opportunities.
