Job Description
Tilt is looking for someone to lead payment strategy development by defining a roadmap for payments optimization, analyzing data to improve repayment prediction, designing and executing experiments, and partnering with Data Science. The role includes owning portfolio performance & analytics infrastructure by developing KPIs, building dashboards, and maintaining the analytics stack. You will also collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams to ship high-impact solutions, influencing leadership decisions and product roadmaps. Developing a long-term vision for leveraging payment, paycheck, and customer behavior data to drive predictive payment systems is key, along with ensuring Tilt’s payment systems remain efficient and scalable.
