Lifecycle Strategy & Vision:

  • Set the strategic roadmap and OKRs, impacting retention and revenue.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to convert leads and drive retention.
  • Establish frameworks to scale automated customer journeys.

Campaign & Program Execution:

  • Own multi-step flows and campaigns, like welcome and re-engagement.
  • Drive automation, segmentation, and content personalization.
  • Drive lifecycle expermentation.

Measurement, Insights, and Experimentation:

  • Own lifecycle measurement by defining KPIs.
  • Translate data into insights that deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Inform forecasting with Demand and Supply teams.
