Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete revenue cycle for assigned Wisconsin payors, including claim submission, payment posting review, denial resolution, appeals, and follow-up.
  • Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies by working with internal departments and payor representatives.
  • Generate invoices for private, county, and state billing programs and follow up on outstanding aging reports.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred; 3-5 years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience.
  • Experience with Wisconsin Medicaid (Forward Health) preferred; proficiency in CPT, ICD10, HCPCS coding, and Microsoft Suites.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • Pay starting at $24/hr, with benefits including 401(k), personal time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
