Job Description
Design and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of Genesys Cloud CX and align with both technical goals and business objectives. Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, users, and workflows, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate with IT teams, business units, project managers, and leadership to secure stakeholder buy-in and readiness for change initiatives. Develop and execute communication plans, training materials, and adoption programs to support users and minimize resistance. Ensure all changes follow established governance protocols, including proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with organizational standards. Monitor and report on adoption rates, performance metrics, and user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend continuous improvements. Partner with training, business, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution of readiness initiatives and seamless transitions.
