Data & Insights Analyst

The squad is responsible for developing analytics, AI, and machine learning products at Pismo. We are the team that supports the company’s data-driven decision-making and enables other teams to work effectively with data. As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will: Design, build and maintain scalable and automated data pipelines Support analytics and machine learning workflows across different teams Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform Ensure data quality, security, and governance throughout our systems Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model data for business intelligence and strategic insights Orchestrate data pipelines using tools like Airflow
