Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Cost/Procurement Manager to lead the strategic procurement and cost management of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment for large-scale data center projects. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility while working closely with global teams and major clients. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and a strong background in budgeting, procurement strategy, and cash flow management, particularly within data centers or other mission-critical environments such as semiconductors, battery plants, pharma, or advanced manufacturing. Key Responsibilities include developing and managing the overall OFCI equipment budget, tracking commitments, scope changes, and cost movements, collaborating with technical and procurement teams to ensure accurate forecasting, and leading commercial reviews, bid leveling, and vendor selection.
