Program Manager (U.S.)

As a Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple concurrent Flutter-based and/or Native Mobile projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and clients to ensure programs are executed efficiently, within scope, and with a high standard of quality. You’ll own end-to-end program delivery across multiple Flutter and/or Native Mobile projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. You'll work directly with clients to define goals, align expectations, and manage communication across all stages of the project lifecycle. Partner with engineering, design, and QA to scope projects, estimate resources, and build realistic delivery timelines. Monitor progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to both internal stakeholders and external clients. You'll also be asked to Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings to promote agile best practices, identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers proactively and contribute to continual process improvement and tooling that enhances team velocity and client satisfaction.
