What you'll do:
- Lead reliability initiatives across Ads domains including ad serving, auctions, and targeting.
- Design and build platforms and automation to improve reliability and developer productivity.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in Go and observability systems.
