Backend Engineer

Join the Online Travel Agency team as a Backend Engineer and help develop and enhance tools that align with our vision to redefine how travelers book worldwide. You'll help build advanced services that empower customers to discover and secure the best accommodations with complete transparency. We utilize a modern backend stack comprising Elixir, AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, etc.), and additional tools. We work closely with our customers; therefore, anything you develop and ship to production will have an immediate impact on our customers and our business performance. Design and ship small features independently. For larger features, collaborate on design and implementation with support from senior engineers. Work in a cross-functional team to solve challenging problems, and build products. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements regarding performance, reliability, and code quality. Contribute to design discussions and technical docs.
