Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive project execution, lead multi-disciplinary project delivery teams, and translate client scope into team actions.
  • Perform project-level financial management, implement quality management systems, and ensure deliverables are accurate and complete.

Client and Business Development:

  • Establish and nurture strategic business partnerships and customer relationships through active engagement in professional societies.
  • Identify new federal market opportunities, develop teaming relationships, and make capability presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA), with 10 years of federal design and construction experience.
  • Requires a positive, professional attitude, ability to manage multiple projects, and capacity to work independently or in teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to maintain a security clearance and be willing to travel for site visits and networking events.
