Front-End Engineer

Architect and implement features that drive direct customer value end-to-end in our frontend environments while adhering to the latest web development techniques. Lead performance optimization initiatives, ensuring code quality and best practices. Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to respond to customer feedback, proactively driving projects from conception to completion, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. In the first year, you will deliver robust features by designing, developing, and launching key features and tools to enhance performance and user experience. You will also improve system reliability by identifying and resolving bugs and technical debt. Enhancing collaboration with other engineers will ensure seamless integration and contribute to successful product launches. Participation in code reviews and mentoring will upskill junior engineers and embed company values.
