Design‑focused Frontend Web Developer

We’re looking for a Design‑focused Frontend Web Developer who lives at the intersection of tasteful UI, crisp interaction design, and production‑grade React. You’ll own the front‑end craft across key surfaces—from our web app to marketing experiences—building accessible, high‑performance interfaces in Next.js with Tailwind CSS, and elevating them with purposeful motion using Framer Motion. In this role, you'll develop internal applications that empower our payroll admins to work more efficiently, while also extending the Ordio platform with new features for our clients' workspace admins and employees.
