Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Regularly contact dealerships and administer Parts and Service Department programs.
- Monitor dealers’ policies and procedures in Parts Sales, Warranty Administration, Customer Satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel in Inventory Control.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive retail/wholesale experience including 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager.
- Prior automotive retail sales experience such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager.
- ASE certification in four or more areas.
