Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly contact dealerships and administer Parts and Service Department programs.
  • Monitor dealers’ policies and procedures in Parts Sales, Warranty Administration, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel in Inventory Control.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of automotive retail/wholesale experience including 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager.
  • Prior automotive retail sales experience such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager.
  • ASE certification in four or more areas.
