AI Architect (Applied AI Engineer)

Role Overview:

• Report to the Head AI Architect and collaborate with creative, product, and engineering teams.
• Design and build AI systems behind a generative video platform, from architecture to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines using Mastra or n8n.
• Write, test, and improve prompts, multi-step systems, and guardrail checks.
• Own eval and observability tools like Weave to track system performance.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, and experienced with multiple LLM providers.
• Skilled in prompt engineering, evaluation, and architecture decisions between agents and workflows.
