Lead Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design for features in Proof’s business products, which benefit self-serve customers and promote their activation. Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma that address needs of customers, agents, and consumers. Iterate quickly to generate ideas, achieve a high level of quality, and work within our design system while pushing our visual design language forward. Design accessible, responsive experiences. Lead cross-functional discussions with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to help clarify goals and brainstorm solutions.

Partner with PMs and engineers to align on scope and ensure high quality launches. Design compelling north star visions and address users’ pain points while balancing business goals. Lead UX research and customer calls to better define the user journey. Contribute to, and lead, UX-specific initiatives in partnership with other designers and UX engineering. Keep up with design best practices and partner with go-to-market teams to bring critical customer- and prospect-facing assets to life. Showcase what being a lead product designer means through your sketches, file organization, research, and presentations. Collaborate with other UX team members by providing feedback and sharing your expertise.
