Junior Full-Stack Java Developer – Contact Center Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using microservices-based back-end architecture with Java Spring Boot and front-end technologies like Vaadin and Thymeleaf.
• Build and customize integrations for Cisco Finesse agent desktop and Coral Interactive softphone to enhance contact center workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform and on-premise infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development with Java as the primary language.
• Proficiency with Java Spring Boot for building microservices, REST APIs, and distributed back-end systems is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and Google Cloud Platform is necessary.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia, requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Core collaboration hours may overlap with team members across time zones, and occasional after-hours support for production issues may be needed.
• The candidate must be a self-starter who communicates proactively and delivers high-quality work with minimal oversight.
