- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, conduct audits for data privacy, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support project timelines.
- Training and Improvement: Stay updated with healthcare IT standards and tools, sharing knowledge to mentor team members and enhance quality practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 4+ years of QA experience in healthcare or financial industries, and strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automated testing tools.
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with cloud platforms, experience in security testing and Agile methodologies, understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks, and certifications such as ISTQB.
