Responsibilities:

  • Own the paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Manage a 7-figure annual spend, ensuring efficient allocation across regions.
  • Build and present weekly and monthly paid social performance narratives to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in performance marketing with 2 years owning paid social budgets for a DTC brand.
  • Deep, recent in-platform expertise across Meta, TikTok or Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between CAC, LTV, and churn.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience scaling a brand into new markets or geographies.
  • Experience in food & beverage, grocery, or subscription-based industries.
