Manage direct response marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok focused on patient acquisition, collaborate with teams to optimize and scale paid social strategy to maximize ROI, and contribute to Talkiatry’s overall growth, including conducting A/B testing and audience segmentation.

The Manager, Social is responsible for paid social performance, client management, and delegation of production resources. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients by answering emails and leading weekly calls, while driving paid social channel strategy. They will work with vendor reps and senior team members to hone strategies, and are responsible for project management.
