Accountabilities:
- Directly manage and optimize campaigns across all paid channels.
- Own the strategy and aid in-platform execution, including bidding, targeting and budget allocation.
- Lead structured creative testing to identify effective messaging and formats.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of paid media experience in high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms.
- Proven record of driving growth in acquisition and iROAS.
