What You'll Do:

Design across full platform from mobile to desktop, focusing on cards, payments, and spend management.
Use and extend design system, identify gaps, and drive systematic fixes with AI auditing.
Plan and run own research, validate decisions before and after shipping, and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of professional product design experience with senior-level scope on high-impact projects.
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, plus portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
Working fluency with AI tools in design process and hands-on research experience including recruiting participants.
